Peak Season (December 15th to April 15th): $225.00 night (US$)
Value Season (April 16th to December 14th): $175.00 night (US$)
Thanksgiving/Christmas: $275.00 night (US$)
All rates are subject to Hawai'i State Taxes of 12.42%.
All rates are subject to a one time cleaning fee of $125.00 US Dollars.
All rates are subject to a fully refundable damage deposit of $200.00.
Discounts available for extended stay.
Reservation Policy
A deposit of 20% is required and received within 10 days of booking your vacation to hold your reservation. A damage deposit of $200.00 is required and fully refundable within seven days following check-out.
Cancellation Policy
Once full payment is received usually 6 weeks before arrival, we will refund any monies received if we can rebook your rental dates. All cancellations are subject to $100.00 fee.
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@mauioceanfrontparadise.com and a reply is needed to confirm request.
Terms & Conditions
- CHECK-IN time is after 3:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT time is 10:00 a.m.
- This is a NON SMOKING unit.
- PETS are not permitted in this rental unit under any conditions.
- DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $200.00 is required. This damage deposit must accompany your
reservation deposit of 20% of your total billing. The damage deposit is NOT
applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 7 days of departure,
provided the following provisions are met.
- No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- All keys are left on the kitchen counter and the unit is left locked.
- No excessive cleaning is necessary.
- All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
- PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 20% of the rental rate is required within 10 days of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments in the form of US $ (dollar) traveler.s checks, bank drafts, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Corrine Houston. The advance payment is not a damage deposit, but is paid at the same time (both should be included in this initial payment). The BALANCE of rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
- CANCELLATIONS - a sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Cancellations for bookings over Christmas must be made by October 31st.
- MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make changes that result in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
- HAWAI.I STATE TAX - All rates are subject to state tax of 12.42%.
- CLEANING FEE - All bookings are subject to a one time cleaning fee of $125.00 US $ dollars.
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests is limited to five (5) persons (extra $10.00/night charge for persons over four (4).
- MINIMUM STAY - This property requires a five (5) night minimum stay during summer months (April 16 - December 14) and a seven (7) night minimum stay during winter months (December 15 - April 15). Two (2) week minimum stay during Christmas.
- INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen/towel set-up with a starter supply of laundry/dish soap, toilet paper, tissues, bar soap, paper towels, trash liners, and some cleaning supplies.
- MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however, is available at an additional rate. Beach towels are provided in the unit and are located in the second bathroom cupboard for use at the pool/beach. All other linens are not permitted to be taken from the unit.
